• What is your returns policy?
    Bengalcrafts.com stocks products of the highest quality and backs up the quality of our products with a no-strings attached 7-day returns policy. To make a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail. Please provide all order details including your customer number, your invoice number, and the items you wish to return. Returns are limited to goods in undamaged condition in the original packaging with the original invoice. Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to your card. The credit card processing charge of 6%, levied at the time of transaction, is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total. No Cash refunds are given.

    NOTE: The above returns policy applies only to delivery within the 50 United States. All sales outside the United States are final. Items delivered outside the United States are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You must call us to cancel your order. You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. All cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to an e-commerce service charge that will be deducted from the total amount of the order. All orders of $100 or more must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation rates are as follows:

    Within 24 hours: No charge
    24-48 hours: 10% of the total amount
    After 48 hours: 15% of the total amount. 
    There are no exceptions to the above rates. 

    NOTE: The above cancellation policy applies only to delivery within the 50 United States. Orders outside the United States must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the delivery date. Orders that have already been shipped to a location outside the United States may not be cancelled. Cancellations completed at least 7 days in advance of the delivery date are subject to a 15% service charge.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your products?
    We stock all our products from reputed artists renowned for quality work. We guarantee the quality of our products with a no-strings attached 7-day returns policy.
  • May I phone or fax my order?
    We accept orders by phone. Our phone number is 781.395.6868. You may make inquiries about services, order status, and refunds by phone or e-mail. We do not accept fax orders.
  • How do I make payment?
    Through Bengalcrafts.com you can make payment by credit card only. Alternately, you may send your payment via personal check made out to Bengal Crafts. Please allow enough time for your check to clear before the delivery date you specify.
  • Is my credit card number secure?
    Credit card transactions are secured through 128-bit encryption and processed by VeriSign.
  • How can I confirm the accuracy of my order?
    After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You may also contact us by phone or e-mail to confirm the accuracy of your order.
  • How are the items delivered?
    All items are delivered by the US Postal Service or UPS.
  • May I check the delivery status of my order?
    You may contact us by phone or e-mail to check the delivery status of your order. All products require a minimum of 4-6 weeks delivery time. Custom orders will require additional time.
  • May I send a message along with my order if it is a gift?
    Yes, you may send a message along with your gift order. Just type in your message in the message box on the order form. Your message will be hand written in a complimentary greeting card and sent along with the order. The recipient of your gift can send a return message to you through our online delivery confirmation and feed-back forms. We will e-mail those messages to you free of charge.
